PCs (lvl 7): Aegis, Elroy, Mor, Telkhad, Vica, Zullrik
The party uses the absentia drug to dream of their enemies. They lose their senses, and they find themselves dreaming of someone else's life. Each of them is now a participant to the launch party of the Portent King, the joint venture between House Cannith and House Lyrandar.
While living this dream, the PCs overhear a discussion between Merrix d' Cannith and his most valuable advisor and mentor, Sterryk ir' Tyran. During this conversation, Merrix lays out his plans to have the party assassinated.
When the PCs come back to their senses, they're assaulted by Kervis Pyke, one more of Merrix's assassins. The party knocks the man unconscious, and take from him the magical key that will grant them access to the lower level of the theater.
Down in the basement, the party is trapped by an iron door that closes behind them, when a magical mirror activates, to show the image of Merrix. The dragonmarked lord compliments the party for having survived thus far, but informs them this is the end of their journey.
A huge warforged titan, hidden under a tarp, animates and attacks the party. The PCs do not lose hope, and with blade, magic, and fists they destroy the construct.
