Shalla d’Orien

Shalla is a dragonmarked heir who manages the Orien courier station in Azure. Her job is as much public relations as anything else, making sure House Orien follows all laws while doing everything she can to avoid drawing it into any scandal or betraying any trusts of its clients. She is cagey while still trying to offer the minimum of aid.
